1½ Cups of Miso Broth (Trader Joes)
1 Garlic Clove Grated
1 Tsp. of Grated Ginger
1 Handful of Broccoli
1 Handful of Diced Onion
1 Handful of Purple Cabbage
1 Tsp. of Grapeseed Oil
3 Drops of Liquid Stevia
2 Tbsp. of Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. of Himalayan Salt
1 Tbsp. of Black Pepper
In boiling water, place the potato in pot to cook for 6-7 minutes.
In the mean time, start to chop the purple cabbage, broccoli, onion, and spinach to be somewhat even.
When the potato is done, let cool, and chop up evenly and place with vegetables
In a pot, place some oil of your choice along with the vegetables
Start to cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
Be sure the vegetables are tender before you place the broth in the pot.
Dice the garlic clove and place in soup.
Next, grate some fresh ginger in the soup
Place the stevia and seasonings in next.
Cook the soup for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to blend together nicely.
Let cool and enjoy!
