How Do I Order?
Browse our hippie store for whatever items you may like, you can add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "add to cart" button. When you're finished shopping, proceed to checkout by clicking the "checkout" button above the search bar. Review your order and select your payment method. Our system will guide you from there. After you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order information and tracking number.
How Long Until My Stuff Gets Here?
It depends. We try to mark our listings accordingly. Whenever possible, we ship directly from our inventory. On occasion, we find great pieces of jewelry and clothing made with love by individual artists. In an effort to cut down on unnecessary transportation costs, we will arrange for the artist to ship your goodies to you directly, which may 8-10 days from your order date.
Our graphic tees are printed when we receive your order to cut down on unnecessary waste (we strive to be green!). Processing & printing takes 3-5 days and shipping takes another 3-5 days.
Orders take about 24-48 hrs. to process. Please note that some remote areas on the U.S. require additional delivery time.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, currently we only ship to the United States.
Do you deliver to P.O/APO/FPO/military addresses?
Yes! We ship everywhere in the U.S. All military orders will be processed with pride and shipped via The United States Postal Service
How Do I Track my Order After It Has Been Shipped?
We will email you your tracking information once we ship your order, so you can ensure your purchase(s) will never be lost or forgotten. If you lost it or can't find the tracking number we send please feel free to contact us and we will get it for you right away.
How Much Is Shipping and Handling?
FREE. All orders have free shipping.
What If I Don't Like the Item I Receive?
For Clearance Sale items, we can't accept returns.
For everything else, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for whatever reason and want a refund or exchange, simply ship the item back to us in its original packaging and once we receive your return we will give you a refund.
I Gave You the Wrong Address/Forgot to Include My Apartment Number, What Do I Do?
Email us your correct address and we will fix it for you! We want to make sure your items get to you so just let us know and we'll take care of it. Please note that we can't make changes to your order after it's been shipped.
What is Your Return/Refund Policy?
Every item we sell comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee against defects. If your item is damaged or defective in any way we will replace them immediately or refund you. If you would like to return an item for any reason, just send it back to us with your receipt within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, contact us for details.
If There Are Any Problems With My Order, Will I Be Notified?
If there are any problems with your order (i.e. an item is out of stock, your shipping address is incorrect, etc.), we will try and contact you using the information you've provided in your purchase. If you feel your order might be lost, feel free to contact us.
If I Already Placed an Order On the Web, Can I Cancel or Change It?
You can change or cancel your order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to change your order if you contact us before your package is sent out.
What Does "One Size Fits All" Mean?
One size fits all means sizes ranging from small (0-2) to extra large (10-12) in size.
How Can I Get More Information on Products Listed on Your Site?
We strive to provide you with the most relevant information on all our products listed on our site. If our site does not include all the information you need, please email us at email@example.com with the particular item you're interesting in learning more about.
